Do you find yourself unable to get things done as efficiently and effectively as you would like to? As lawyers, strategic time management skills can assist us in focus, productivity and confidence. In this 4-session interactive workshop, we will focus on optimizing our work and personal time, overcoming procrastination and getting unstuck. We will look at schedules that make sense and how to prioritize. We will assist you in enhancing workplace effectiveness by expanding organizational and communication tools and by helping you look at limitations and boundaries and how to delegate for better management of time. Learn how to manage your attention in order to manage your time, so you can work smarter, not harder.

It just takes a little imagination and re-thinking how we approach our day to be able to complete our important work tasks and enjoy life outside of work.
