The death of friends and family is a sad and inevitable part of life. No matter the circumstances, the loss is often highly impactful on many levels. Grief can often be overwhelming and confusing, particularly if you don’t know what to expect. It has been said that “grief shared is halved” so we are offering this opportunity to meet with your peers who “get it.” This confidential workshop will focus on what is "normal”, managing relationships with others, self-care, healing as well as other related issues.

Who should attend? All members of the legal community (lawyers, legal support staff, articled students, law students, judges, judicial staff) are welcome.
