This webinar will explore the often-invisible effort neurodivergent legal professionals use to adapt, cope, and meet workplace expectations, and examine how masking and chronic stress contribute to burnout, while highlighting the impact of legal culture on well-being. Participants will gain practical strategies to reduce strain, support sustainability, and foster healthier ways of working in the legal profession.

Chelsea Bergeron is an ADHD and executive functioning coach, educator, and speaker who is passionate about helping people better understand neurodiversity through practical, evidence-informed strategies. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, she translates complex research into approachable, real-world tools that people can apply immediately. Chelsea's presentations combine current research, relatable stories, and practical strategies to help reduce stigma, improve communication, and recognize both the strengths and challenges of neurodivergent ways of thinking. She is passionate about creating workplaces where diverse minds can thrive and everyone has the opportunity to do their best work.

Who should attend? All members of the legal community (lawyers, legal support staff, articled students, law students, judges, judicial staff) are welcome.
