Bullying is prevalent in the legal profession, affecting 1 in 2 female respondents and 1 in 3 male respondents, according to a survey conducted by the International Bar Association. Bullying can take on may forms: it can be overt, covert, social, psychological, amongst others, but in all forms it can be insidious. Bullying can impact your self-worth and confidence, make you feel alone, and even question your reality. This workshop will help you identify bullying, understand its impacts, and do your best to protect your peace when you are navigating toxicity.
